It’s a 90-93 5-speed motor I just bought. The idea was, I can buy an entire motor for what some of the core charges are going to our venders here on TT.net so why not. Besides the original idea when I bought my latest Z was to always have an extra motor around to build on, or use, when I needed it. Well, over the past few weekends I’ve been doing just that. I wont get into the detail of what I found, and its overall condition. Its all well documented on TT.net and there were few surprises as a result, thank you! However there was one. Take a look at the photos below. I’m not sure what to think about this? Has anyone seen this before? This looks like a defect from when the block was cast or manufactured. I can probably grind and polish it into something that would flow better anyway. But, I was wondering what you think? GOOD/BAD/or UGLY?
